Registry porblems with pop-ups

i tried symantec and i cannot find any of the CLSID files,
or any other files. I can go to regedit and delete folder
buy when I go back in again the Aprops folder is back. And
when I try to delete files it states "Unable to delete
specified values even as an admin"

Hello. I really need help. I cannot get rid of the
following files: I have No Adware and it has detected the
following:

PeopleOnPage.AproposMedia HKEY\LOCAL
MACHINE\Software\Aprps
PeopleOnPage.AproposMedia HKEY\LOCAL
MACHINE\Software\Aprps\Client
PeopleOnPage.AproposMedia HKEY\LOCAL
MACHINE\Software\Aprps\Client : Partnerld

Ok I know to go to safe mode and i find the files. I
looked at all permissions but I canot delete the files.
When i highlight the files and try to delete it goes:

"Unable to delete specified values"

Please help!!
