registry policy settings in ppt 2003

I have a presentation that will not open in PPT 2003.
Get error message.

You are attempting to open a file that is blocked by registry policy
settings Powerpoint 2003

Any ideas?

Download and run this from Microsoft to re-enable the blocked files. Be aware
that this is a possible security issue though!
