Registry location of network printer informational notification

Does anyone know which registry key holds the "Show informaitonal
notification for network printers" flag?

I get tired of explaining to users how to turn it off using Printers ->
Server Properties -> etc. and would like to just export the registry entry
into a .reg file for quickly applying it to workstations.

there is also a key for local printers
