Thank you for using newsgroup!
As far as I know, you may follow these steps to grant permission to a
particular registry key on the local machine:
1. Click Start\Run and type "regedt32".
2. Click the key to which you want to assign permissions.
3. On the Security menu, click Permissions.
4. Assign an access level to the selected key as follows:
To grant the user permission to read the key contents but not to save any
changes made to the file, select the Allow check box for Read.
To grant the user permission to open, edit, and take ownership of the
selected key, select the Allow check box for Full Control.
To grant the user special permission in the selected key, click Advanced.
5. If you are assigning permissions to a subkey and you want the
inheritable permissions assigned to the parent key to apply to the subkey
also, select the Allow inheritable permissions from parent to propagate to
this object check box.

What would be the easisest way to roll a mass chyange out across my company.
I need to grant Domain Users access to a registry key in order a program we
have to work correctly. I could go to every location but thats time
consuuming. Any ideas would be most apprciated.

For your request, I have performed lots of research and found the following
information that may be helpful:
Registry in Security Policy Settings
This security setting allows you to define access permissions and audit
settings, and to take or assign ownership of individual registry keys.
Location:
GPO_name\Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Registry\
Note: The Registry folder is available only in Group Policy objects
associated with domains, OUs, and sites. The Registry folder does not
appear in the Local Computer Policy object.
