Registry inport for SUS config

Hi, I am running SUS and have about 20 users manually
configured to get updates from my SUS server. however I
have to have at lease 200 other users at this location and
300 users in other locations configure to get their
updates Automatically. Can any one please tell me if there
is a registry import file or any other mass distribution
for SUS settings? Thank you.
 
Using Global Policy in active Directory, but I havnt figured out how to make
it work. It describes it in the Whitepaper.
 
What about if I am using NT Domain

You can still make a policy using the NY4 poledit tool.

Or if you really insist, the reg keys are all listed in
the deployment guide white paper.
