Registry info database?

A number of years ago I used a tool that gave me info on the purpose of most
any registry key.
My recollection is using the tool, I would navigate to the description
within the tool in the same way I would navigate in regedit.

Anybody recall that tool?

I think that's the one, but I thought I had it on my system, so maybe it is
on the Win 2000 RK CD, I'll check on that..
