RegSeek is intended for the experienced PC user who wants to be able
quickly to search for entries in the Windows 95/98 Registry (or .INI
files) or to make alterations to the Registry or .INI files.
RegSeek lets you choose which of the Root Keys to search
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER, etc.), whether to search the keys, values or
data, or a combination of all three, and the type of data to search
for (RegSeek handles both string and dword entries, but not binary
entries). There is also the option to search the .INI files in the
Windows folder or all .INI files in all folders.

RegReplace

This tool can replace strings in the whole registry, this can be
very useful, if you change the drive letter of your WinNT-system, to
modify the paths e.g. 'C:\WinNT\' --> 'E:\WinNT'.
You can also use this tool also, to search through the registry.

Worth having a look around here.
