Registry Error

I am getting an error in my registry like:

Cannot import v48.reg Not all data was successfully
ritten to the registry. Some keys are open by the system
or other processes.

.. ..the file name changes each time but the message pops
up about every 1 minute. This does not happen under the
administrator account. . Can you help?

Do one or more up-to-date anti-virus and possibly anti-Trojan scans.
Get and use some anti-Syware/Adware tools. Ad-Aware and Spybot Search
and Destroy are two good ones. Ensure they are updated and use both
(IMO).
