I have errors in Win2K Professional. Plz. help me out of
this.

Cannot import t55.reg: not all data was succesfully
written to the registry. some keys are open by the system
or other processes.

Other values are in this type of messages are,

r32.reg, c75.reg, u59.reg ...

Sounds like a virus and or some spyware.

Start\Settings\Control Panel\Administrative Tools\Computer
Management(Local)\System Information\Software Environment\Startup
Programs|View|Advanced, then in the "Location" column, you'll find the path
to the "Startup" location either in the "Startup" directories or from the
registry's "Run" keys.

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
%USERPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

You can delete the shortcuts that you no longer want to run.

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

You can delete the string value for the program you no longer want to run.

Thanks Dave,

I'll do this and reply to you here.

My problem is not solve. Actually there are no other
malicious and suspicious programs running in my system. I
check the startup and also the registry.

Is there any other remedy... ?

Updated A-V scan. Anti-Spyware/Adware scan. Possible A-Tojan scan

Get a Startup Manager and check _all_ the startup locations.

"Autoruns" perhaps.

The ones Dave named are the most common, but others are possible.

Since you say that various REG files are listed at times it is nearly
certain that some program is running (even briefly) to generate the
changed registry entry (and so the message).
