Registry Corrupted, Please Help!

Hi,

Whenever i try to boot onto Windows Vista, i get this error message:

I tried repairing it, but it says that windows was unable to repair.

I've only had Vista for a day and i've already got a major problem lol!

Any help would be great. Thanks!

What had you been doing before you started getting this error message? Try
running the repair options again. Somtimes it may take 2 or 3 attempts. If
that fails, boot with the Vista DVD and do an inplace upgrade to see if that
fixes the problem.
