Registry Comparison

Can someone tell me the name of a good registry compare
tool. I have two seperate systems that I want to compare
the registry to see what changes were made by Scriptlogic
and group policy. The problem I am having is that not
even the Domain Admin account can install a application
one of our users need. This is a rare incident here in
our office. Anyway, any ideas on a suitable program that
doen't cost a fortune?
