Is there a windows registry to disable Auto Recovery file creation for Excel
for all user ins a windows 2000 terminal server?

Just ideas and suggestions.

Aside from checking in the Office groups and investigating the
current capabilities of the Office transform for Terminal Service and
the Office Resource Kit, I am guessing that for non-mandatory
profiles each user profile will require an individual modification in
HKCU to accomplish this task. What that key or value is will be
dependent on the version of Office (or Excel). Assuming that such an
option exists of course.

If this is "AutoSave" as a Excel Add-In, probably this can be
removed. I suggest Office groups may have more.
