Hi,

Why the Regional setting doesn't work. For example, the standards and
formats are "Japanese" and Location is in "Japan" (for example Time is
11:00:00). Then if I change the Location to Singapore, the time will be
10:00:00. This is OK. However after a few minutes later, the time is reverted
back to the Japanese time (11:00:00). I can do this many times, but it seems
that the time is auto restored. How to solve this problem, it's very
frustrating....

Regards,
Chris

Click the Apply button.

Then try setting the correct Time Zone.
Double click your clock, probably down in the right hand corner of the
Taskbar.
Click the Time Zone tab.
In the box above the map, click the drop-down arrow, and then click your
current time zone.
Click Apply then click OK.
