Hi all,
I am freshman and need your help on how to create a registration page with
frontpage 2002
Thanks in advance.

Depends on whether or not you are hosted on a Unix/Linux server.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:
http://support.microsoft.com
If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

You will need to check with them to see if they are running Unix/Linux and if you can create subwebs
with unique permissions, and if not can you run any server-side scripts and a database, etc.

A registration page controls a subweb
So If your host supports them you will have to create a subweb
and set the permission to be controlled by the FP registration component
Then create your registration page (from the template) and set it to point to the subweb
