When i tried to go into regedit, I got a message
saying "memory access violation in module kernel32". Is
there a way fix this? Need help!!

Wayne, you have the SWEN/GIBE worm. Caught from a "Microsoft" fake email.

Clue: Microsoft does not distribute updates or patches via e-mail. You
likely recently received and installed one of these faked support emails.

Did you recently get an E-mail message, purportedly from
Microsoft, and installed the attachment it included? If so, it
wasn't from Microsoft (Microsoft never sends out patches by
E-mail) and you installed a virus.
