Greetings,

I am looking for a Win98 Regedit.exe extension program that joins with
Regedit (like Regedit+ from PC Mag) and also can search the registry
fast (like Vilma Registry Explorer).

My major concern is the search speed because my registry is 8 MB big
(after pruning and compacting), for which Windows Regedit's Find
functionality is hopeless.

I like to see the familiar Regedit gui. It would be best if the
extension program calls Regedit.exe and joins with it.

Could you recommend?

Thank you in advance.

William

I know *Registrar lite* http://www.resplendence.com/registry/reglite.htm
but it's not exactly what you're looking for.

Tried Registrar Lite. Pretty appealing
indeed with nice features like cleaning
up. Keeping it.

But patience is virtue when search is
underway. Perhaps it's because it
wants to show every entry while
searching.
