Regedit client pc from PDC

Dear All,
I need to search a registry value in the client PC and if it's found I want
to change it, is it possible for me to do that remotely from PDC?

On the Regedit File menu, Connect Network registry.
If you know the key and /or Value Name, you can use reg.exe from the support tools.
