Regedit access

I have a 2003 domain with 2 Domain Controller.
I open regedit in my pc and I try open remote registry of my DC, I receive a
message "impossible connect to server servername. Ensure have administrative
authorization".
Is there a restriction in some local group policy?

1. you need to run regedit from a domain admin account
2. ensure that Remote Registry service is started on the domain controllers

I'm domain admin. In same cases, where I am not domai admin, it ask me user
and password.

2. ensure that Remote Registry service is started on the domain controllers

Yes, because in local machine I can open it.
