RegCleaner - Pricelessware desc. changes

RegCleaner is no longer available from the author. The program may be
distributed by others. The description needs to be modified to show the
two *last available freeware* versions.

Does anyone have new links for the program description and/or downloads?

The help file for RegCleaner.exe says:

treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program, or
any portion of it, may result in severe criminal and civil penalties,
and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law. You are
allowed to distribute RegCleaner on the internet only if you distribute
it in it's original package. You must have the author's written
permission to distribute RegCleaner on CD-ROM or in any other media
other than the internet. E-Mail is acceptable as a written permission.

I assume that the same language is in the RegCleanerNoSetup.exe file.
