Yes there is a mmc called domains and trust in active
directory (admin tools) . But if your servers are in same
forest they'll have (thanx to transitive trusts betwen
dc's) trust relationships configured for you.

Yo only need to configure trusts (one way or two way)
between forests.

You can create trust relationships between Windows 2000 and NT 4.0 domains.
In Windows 2000 use Administrative Tools/Active Directory Domains and
Trusts. In NT4.0 use User Manager for Domains - beneath the Policies menu
is an entry for called Trust Relationships.
