we are using exchange 2003 and outlook 2003. previously we had configured
exchange type account but mail delivery was in local pst rather then exchange
mail box. Rules are also created to moove mails in different folders of local
pst.

Now i want to keep on server and remove local pst. I have moved all folders
of local pst to exchange mail box. How can i trasfer rules so that i can save
recreation of rules.

The Rules wizard can export and import rules. Before changing the delivery
location, export the rules. After changing the delivery location to the
Exchange mailbox, import the rules again.

normally it exported but destination folder in rule change to "Not
specified". How to overcome it?

You have to touch each rule again and respecify the folder, since it is
referring to a different message store.

is there any way to see exported data of rules or let say if we exported the
rules then imported. Now how can i know which folder should it point.?

Won't the person who defined it originally know?
