I need to look at a full registry file that was exported from another
computer. Does anybody know of a third party tool (freeware or shareware)
with which I would be able to read the file? I can't import into an existing
registry because the HKEY names didn't get changed for the export.

True but the OP said "exported" and "can't import" which implies a
text/unicode "REG" file. As opposed to "Save Key"/"Restore".

OP should most definiately clarify the situation before proceding IMO.
