Reg error on startup

Does anyone know how I fix this:

Cannot import C:\Winnt\sp.reg: Error opening the file.
There may be a disk or file system error.
 
check your run key

regedit
HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\run

it's a spyware/adware thing, and the reg file probably doesn't exist on your
pc anymore
