Using Outlook 2003, how do I refuse email? I want it sent back, immediately,
from where it came. Someone is forging my email address to use as a spam
address and I am getting tons of email from bad email addresses they are
using. I do not want to download it all, just simply send it back. On the
'rules and alerts' I don't see this option. Thanks.

This is called "bouncing" - and a lot of antispam apps offer it. It does not
work. Do not use it. It is not transparent and may even lead to your getting
more spam.

If you want to handle spam/unwanted messages before you even download them
to Outlook for processing, maybe look at MailWasher.

Enable your Junk E-mail filter in Outlook. Other than that you could talk to
your ISP about implementing a SPAM filter on their servers. You can't refuse
the mail that has been send to you (jut like you can't refuse people putting
stuff in your mailbox at the door or even pressing the door bell). Returning
it would cause you even more bandwidth so you're better of with implementing
anti-spam strategies (just like you have to run anti-virus and firewall
software to protect yourself)
