Refreshing the credentials that are presented by IE6

I just had to change the password on my mailbox. Now, when I go to the
webmail interface, and try to sign in, I type one letter of my name,
and IE presents the full name and the password. However, it is
presenting the old password. I tried to delete all the cookies in temp
internet files, and the one cookie for my ISP in my cookie folder.
When I login again, and give it the new password, and check the
remember these credentials box, a new cookie is made. However, when I
go back to login again, I get the same old choices. How do I clear out
all the old stuff, and get it to present me the new info in the new
cookie?

I think you need to use button "Clear Passwords" in dialog that appears
after clicking Tools->Options menu, Content tab and "AutoComplete"
button.

However... I think that using password manager is much easier and
secure. Look here:

Thank you, Alex.

I will have to try the password manager because the deleting the
passwords in the "AutoComplete" tab hangs. Curses.

On my other workstation, clearing the forms and the passwords did
complete. Now, however, I can't get it to save and offer up any
AutoComplete data. Is there some where I have to re-initialize the
facility?
