Refreshing Links without Linked Table Manager

Copying the Front End and Back End to another server for
users at a distant site.

Will need to re-link FE to new location of BE. Need to do
this initially and weekly when FE changes.

Can each of the tables in the FE be programmatically
linked to the remote BE location WITHOUT using the Linked
Table Manager?
