Hi Can anyone help? I have created a scatter graph from a table, but how can
I update or refresh this graph every time I make a change to the Source data?
I thought of using Pivot tables, but you can not create a scatter graph from
a pivot table I believe?

Thanks in advance for any help!

The chart does not refresh automatically? Is calculation set to automatic (Tools
menu > Options)?

You can in fact create a scatter chart from a pivot table, but you have to take care
to prevent Excel commandeering the chart and converting it to a dreaded pivot chart.
But that's using a ball peen hammer to knock in a thumbtack. Besides, you have to
manually update the pivot table when its source data changes.

Hi Jon,

Thanks for your help on this. I did check this option when I couldn't get
it to update, but it is set to automatic and it still isn't working! Any
other ideas would be very much appreciated.
