After publishing a new version of a web page, I go to the web to make sure
it published ok, etc. However, it doesn't automatically refresh with the
most current. I must press Control Refresh.

Is there a way to overcome this?

Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Temporary Internet files ->
Settings

What do you have set for checking for newer versions of stored pages?
Tried using the "Every visit" option?

I should have mentioned that I do have that setting checked. That was why I
asked the question. Sorry about that. I should have been more specific.
(hmmm .... not thinking as clearly as I should - was in a car accident -
maybe my mind really was affected!!!).

By the way, in my version of IE (6), it's simply Tools -> Internet
Options -> General -> Settings> "Every visit to the page" (and that's what's
selected).

Thanks anyway. If you have another suggestion, that would be terrific!

Hi Diana,

There seems to be some sort of cache at server side for some web
servers. The new published version doesn't always show up immediately.

Kind regards
