Refresh web page link

I have a link on my home page to "mapquest" showing a detailed map of a
certain area. When you click on it, it comes up as small map, but when you
refresh the link it resizes and centers appropriately. Any way to set a
hyperlink so that it refreshes automatically when clicked? Thanks.
