refresh and back button

Just yesterday, whenever I refresh a page or use the back
button to go back to a page after clicking a link (such as
while looking at ebay listings) it always goes back to the
top of the page instead of where it was. How do I correct
this? Thanks
 
I'm having the same problem, and it started at about the
same time. I hope someone has some suggestions. Thanks!
