Reformatting Hard Drive

Can anyone tell me how to reformat my hard drive. My
darling daughter has been playing on my PC and entered
passwords deleted files etc and now nothing works or it
needs a password which she cannot remember.

Boot from your XP CD and do a fresh install onto your HD.
 
I have a program to find hidden passwords on office-files.
If you mail the files to me I will try it out. I has
worked good so far.
By the way - do you run WinXP. In that case things could
be easier----?
