Reformatted PC, now missing aero theme

Im running on Windows Vista Business and I recently reformatted my computer
only to find that now I dont have the Aero theme available. Does anyone know
why this might have happened and how I can fix it? THanks a lot for your
time and help

Download the newest drivers for your video card from the video card
manufacturer. That is probably most likely the cause...
