reformating hard drive....HELP

I am trying to reformat my 2nd(slave)HDD,which is NTFS, a
message says that windows cannot format this drive, and
after that it says to quit any programs or disk utilities
using this drive. the problem is that i have nothing on
the drive at all.
 
Hi,

I've seen this problem. What you need to do is close the
Explorer window if you have it open, go to My Computer and
open it instead. Then right click on your Slave drive and
choose Format. That should do the trick. Please post your
