Reformat request

I have a column of phone numbers in which the majority are in the format:-
0-1-234 5678

I wish to convert all of these to the following format:-
234 5678

without affecting any of the other numbers that don't have the leading 0-1-

Any help would be apreciated

Thanks for your help but another typical number format that is present but
that I don't want to change is:-

0-12-345 678
