refilling ink cartridge

Ihave an epsom inkjet stylus c42plus printer. i have
refilled the black ink cartridge, however it still shows
as empty. The instructions tell me that I need a chip
restter to reset the ink level. I have contacted PC World
on this , they can't help. Has anyone out there any
idea's and where I can get this item from.
