Consider fixed printing heads (Epson /Canon)

Refill or aftermarket cartridges ink as a choice of quality and budget?

What is your belief and /or experience?

Please... If you have an oppinion about the quality of a generic (refill) or
aftermarket cartridge brand tell us about it!

Pelikan
Katun
InkAgain
InkTech
....etc.

jq-ink says that their ink is clogging LESS then original!!!! Do they lie?
(See FAQ first question)
http://www.jqink.co.uk/ They even say there colors are MORE crisp!

Should there be any destinct difference between dye ink and others?

Can you be a bit more specific?

No, not really. I mean more in general... If using fixed heads must make
some difference towrds the ink choice for cartridge-heads (HP /Lexmark).

Do you chose to refill because of budget thinking, quality reasons (known
quality ink) or do you allways prefer cartridges even if the ink inside is
unknown?

Is it more risk in using aftermarket black ink (pigment), compared to color?

In that regard, you usually get new aftermarket carts (for fixed head
printers). All the carts I ever bough for my Canon i320 appear to be
new. I never bought Canon carts, too cheap to.

Since they cannot really build aftermarket HP/Lexmark carts, the ones
you see of those are re-filled originals, and you risk getting a cart
on it's last legs.

I am going to buy a refill kit next week (my black is getting low).
Yes, I do re-fill/aftermarket because of budget.

I can't say, for my purposes, aftermarket does me fine.
