I have a word 2007 document comprised of two tables which are populated by a mail merge from a sequel database. The top six rows of the first table is the same as the top six rows of the second and I need to link these together so if the first table is edited after the mail merge, the second table is updated too. I have tried to bookmark the merge fields but that goes when the merge is completed. I am a bit of a novice and have inherited this document from my predecessor, so an idiot’s guide would be appreciated.
