Referenced MSJETSQL.TLB Is Missing... What is this for ?

Hi,

I am converting some MS ACCESS 2000 version mdb to MS ACCESS 2003. I didn't
write them and just hired to convert them. Couple of mdb have reference to
"MSJETSQL.TLB" - Microsoft JET SQL Help Topics. I searched and didn't find a
copy of this file on my PC (Win2000/Office 2003).

I have never refereced to this file before and would like to know what it
is for and what type of functions call would a program make that required
such reference. Also, where can I get a copy of this file ?
