referenced memory

I constantly get the error message The instruction
at "0x0f02db8" referenced memory at "0x0107ad10" The
memory could not be read. Can someone please help and
tell me what the problem is?
 
The problem is the program in question is trying to access a memory address
that either doesn't exist, or is not assigned to the program.

Try reinstalling the program - maybe its file got corrupted. If that
doesn't work, contact the program's support folks.
