Just as courtesy, you should not shout, which is writing in all caps. Mixed
case is highly preferable.
In Sheet 2 write something like....
=Sheet1!$A$1
If you want workbooks, it is...
In workbook2 write something like...
='[Book1]Sheet1'!$A$1
