Reducing picture size through email

I used to have the option on reducing my picture size
before I sent out my emails. It's gone!! How do I get
that option back? When I send out my pictures, they are
huge and it takes forever to get to people.

To get the option back:
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
