Up until recently whenever I wanted to send a large .jpg photo I would go to
the photo from my "c" drive and right click and go to "send to mail
recipient". At that time I would get a dialog box that would ask if I wanted
to "reduce the photo" or "send the actual size". As I'm using a large
megapixel I always choose the "reduce the photo" option. For some reason this
option is no longer available to me, it has disappeared somehow....can
someone help??????

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type
(or copy/paste):

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
