Hello,

Is there any other method of reducing the startup time apart from disabling
the unrequired services and running "BootVis" ??

What is your boot time now and what are you shooting for?

Here are a few ideas:

1. BIOS changes. - There are probably some settings in the BIOS settings
that can be changed to reduce the time in POST. If you have the source code
to the BIOS, you can take out some POST routines, but that is a little more
involved.
2. Boot media can effect the boot time. What boot media are you using?
3. Use Minlogon over Windows Logon Standard if possible.
