Reduce Image viewing size in Windows Mail Program

When reading email I am trying to not see a HUGE picture in the viewing
window vs. a reduced & image that fits into the window.. how can i do this?
I've looked at all options & nothing mentioned. Just scanned through
community & nothing. .

WinMail (like Outlook Express) displays every pixel regardless of any sizing
directions contained in the image. All you can do is save it and use an
imaging program. IrfanView is good and free:
