Reduce Filesize

Hi !

Weekly I send a Powerpoint report by mail with a lot of pictures. I use the
same file every week, but I replace most of the pictures with new once.

The file size have increased to twice as the orginal size, because of the
'Maximum numbers of undo' is set to 10.
I can set this to 3 or 5, but it's still a problem.

Now I wonder if anyone now if it's possible to empty the Undo-cache memory
by using VBA code.

Do you have Fast Saves turned off? What version of PowerPoint are you
using?

Click Tools > Options.
Select the Save tab, uncheck Allow fast saves.
Save it under a new filename and see if the file size is smaller now.
