Is there a way to do redlining or to automatically track changes in
Powerpoint slides? Any help or info. would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not per se. However, if you have PowerPoint 2002 or 2003 you can use the
send for review feature and the reviewer returns the file with changes and
comments annotated. It's pretty cool and allows you to review all changes,
merge them with the original, etc.
