Windows 7 Redlined

I have a document that was e mailed to me and redlined requesting some changes. How do I complete the changes some agreeable and remove others that are not. I noticed when I change anything else that is not redlined it changes to blue from black. I have Windows 2007. Thanks, Joe Soos
