Redistribute the IIS

Hello!
In the setup of my application I have the IIS launch condition and I want
to know if I can redistribute the IIS. Where is the URL that have the
installer to put in my cd of installation?? Or there's this URL ???
 
IIS an optional OS component (can be installed from the original
installation CD). There is no redistributable for the same.
