How can i configure my DNS so that when sombody types an
address (e-mail address removed) i can redirect them to a page
that i ahve created???

Accessing a (web)page isn't going to work using an e-mail address.

Redirecting e-mail: set it up in your mailserver (Exchange, ...)
Redirecting web-requests (http, https, ...): set it up in your webserver
(IIS, ...)

DNS records aren't changed.
