Redirect of Desktop and Start Menu help needed ASAP

I am working in AD environment and trying to use a GPO to
redirect a Desktop and Start Menu. I was using poledit
with winNt after my AD upgrade it no longer works.

I have 6 set users in 6 groups.

All of them need to be redirected to different desktop and
start menu so they can access their applications from
their desktops or start menu.

After referencing few books I decide to create a new GPO
called "Policy" and enable not to inherit any policy.
Set all polices that I need to apply such as disable right
click, task bar, shutdown, run etc...
Then Under User Config, Windows Setting I have, Folder
Redirection added all groups and redirect folders location.
Then tried all combinations like moving the 6 groups under
the GPO... Then Moved the server that users logs in Under
the GPO.. Still my redirect in sot taking effect.. Any
suggestions would be great.. Or any trouble shooting
suggesting
on GPO would be great.

Hello! I recommend you to read the
User Data and Settings Management document to understand how folder
redirection work, there is also a best practices section. I hope that helps.

Are you using UNC path names when you redirecting?
